- The item arrives to us within 7 days of your original shipping date.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- Product tags, boxes, or packaging are missing or damaged
- The item has been used, washed, or altered in any way
- The item has stains, odors, or damage not present upon delivery
- No return/exchange request was submitted
- The item is returned after 7 days from the shipping date
